Quinnipiac launches medical equipment ‘library’ in partnership with Wheel It Forward Opens in a new tab or window.

A new kind of “library” is opening at Quinnipiac, one where the items being borrowed can change lives, restore independence and even help older adults travel the world. One family recently used wheelchairs from the program to take their grandparents to Rome.

Occupational therapy student to participate in Denise D’Ascenzo Foundation Walk at Quinnipiac to honor the brother who inspired her Opens in a new tab or window.

This year’s Denise D’Ascenzo Foundation Walk to Fight Rare Diseases will be held at Quinnipiac on Saturday, April 25. Occupational Therapy student Aly Taggart ’26 and her family will participate in support of Taggart’s brother, who was born with Cornelia de Lange Syndrome (CdLS).
